We're Not so Different, You and I

If you're a vegetarian, my guess is that you love cheese or ice-cream and can't imagine giving that up.  Eggs? Hell yeah!  Those used to be a staple to my daily diet.

I understand where you're at, I've been there.  In fact, I was vegetarian for two years of my life, I soooo get it.

As a vegetarian, you've likely recognized the harm that's inflicted on animals or the idea of eating flesh just weirds you out.  Maybe you come from a religious perspective and you've been a vegetarian for the majority of your life.

I want to tell you, what you're doing is tremendous.  You're living your life without putting another living being's body into yours and I respect that.

My goal is to provide you with valuable, life-changing content that will encourage you to take the final leap into veganism. To finally rid yourself of any association with animal cruelty, health-diminishing foods, or contributions to our global warming crisis.


Cheese is awesome - there are kick ass alternatives.

Ice cream is the best invention - there are mouth-watering substitutes.

Eggs are diverse & tasty creations - there are shockingly great replacements.

Butter is a delight - olive oils & spreads do the trick better than a magician.


From a former cheese lover to another, believe me when I say taking the leap is worth it.
